At My Digital Dental Lab, we take immense satisfaction in delivering high-quality dental restorations and products. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our comprehensive warranty policy designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.
- Remake Guarantee: If any of our dental restorations are found to be faulty due to errors on the part of My Digital Dental Lab, we will promptly remake the work at 100% no cost to you. We understand the importance of precision and reliability in dental care, and we stand behind our craftsmanship.
- Remakes at a Discount: In cases where the issue is not due to a fault of My Digital Dental Lab, we are willing to offer remakes at a 50% discount. We believe in fairness and transparency, and we are committed to finding solutions that meet your needs.
- Zirconia Crowns: Our zirconia crowns are backed by a 10-year warranty from the date of delivery. These crowns are engineered for durability and longevity, and we are confident in their ability to provide lasting value.
- eMax Crowns: Our eMax crowns come with a 7-year warranty from the date of delivery. These crowns are renowned for their esthetic appeal and strength, and we ensure their quality to meet your expectations.
- Dentures: We offer a 5-year warranty on our dentures. Our dentures are meticulously crafted to provide comfort and functionality, contributing to your overall oral health.
- All-on-X: Our All-on-X restorations are covered by a 10-year warranty, except for unsupported zirconia full arch cases. Please note that zirconia full arch cases without a bar are not covered by our warranty.
- Nightguards: Nightguards are covered by a 7-year warranty. We understand the importance of protecting your teeth during sleep, and our nightguards are built to provide effective and comfortable safeguarding.
- Temporaries: Temporary restorations are guaranteed for a period of 3 weeks. These interim solutions are intended to maintain functionality and esthetics while permanent restorations are being created.
Please note that our warranty policy does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or changes made by other dental professionals. Additionally, any changes or adjustments made by the dentist are not covered under this warranty.
